Terms of Service

These terms apply when users visit the VPNFB website, create an account, purchase a subscription, or use related network acceleration services. Please read and understand the following before using the service. Creating an account, submitting an order, or continuing to use the service means that the user agrees to use VPNFB in accordance with these terms.

Service Content and Scope

VPNFB provides network acceleration and international route subscription services for cross-border access, supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Services include account management, plan administration, subscription delivery, route connections, and support channels related to service use.

Available routes, access methods, and client support may change based on network conditions and service maintenance. The feature descriptions on the website, plan pages, and current information in the user panel together define the specific services provided. Users should select routes suited to their actual access goals and local network conditions.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, order activity, and route use under their accounts. If an account appears abnormal, users should stop further activity and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but may only be used by the account holder and devices within the holder’s reasonable control. Account details, subscription information, and route access credentials may not be publicly posted, sold, rented out, distributed in bulk, or resold as part of another commercial service. They may not be shared among multiple people to bypass normal subscription management.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Current prices, available traffic, and subscription status are determined by the plan page and user panel.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service. Users are responsible for confirming that their accessed content, network activity, and data-handling methods meet applicable requirements. The service may not be used to infringe others’ rights, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, attack network systems, disrupt normal communications, or engage in other unlawful activities.

Users may not use routes through automated abuse, malicious resource consumption, or activity that affects other users’ normal connections. VPNFB may restrict relevant connections and conduct necessary checks based on security risks, unusual usage patterns, or valid compliance requirements.

Service Availability and Liability

Cross-border connections may be affected by the user’s local network, target service policies, route maintenance, carrier scheduling, and other external factors. VPNFB will continue to maintain the service but does not make a fixed promise that any particular route will remain available in every region, network environment, or target service.

Connection changes caused by planned maintenance, temporary failures, third-party service adjustments, force majeure, or user device settings do not constitute a guarantee of any particular access result. Users should save important materials promptly and verify connection status themselves before conducting critical business. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNFB is not liable for indirect losses beyond the service’s reasonable control.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If an account is used for unlawful activities, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious service resource consumption, or ongoing threats to system security, VPNFB may restrict relevant connections, suspend account functions, or terminate the service. Before or after taking action, VPNFB may provide necessary explanations in the user panel; where there is an urgent security risk, access may be restricted first.

Users may stop renewal and discontinue use after their subscriptions expire. Account termination does not affect orders, payments, refund requests, or obligations that arose before termination and must continue to be performed by law. Users remain responsible for properly handling subscription information imported into their devices.

Refunds and Terms Changes

A full refund without cause may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket channel in the user panel so the related account and order can be verified. Refund processing is based on the actual order record and original payment information.

VPNFB may update these terms when service content, operating procedures, or applicable rules change. Updated content will be published on this page, and the displayed last-updated date will be adjusted accordingly. Changes affecting important user rights will be reasonably announced through the website or user panel.

Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means that the user accepts the revised content. If the user disagrees with the changes, they may stop renewal and discontinue use. These terms, the Privacy Policy, plan pages, and order information together govern service use; where content conflicts, the specific agreement for the relevant matter takes precedence.
