Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how VPNFB collects, uses, retains, and deletes relevant data while providing cross-border access and network acceleration services. By using this website, the user panel, or subscription services, users confirm that they have read the data-handling rules described here.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

VPNFB processes only the data needed to provide services, complete orders, protect account security, and improve the website. No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. The system stores the username, securely processed authentication information, account status, and subscription status for login verification, subscription delivery, and account management.

After an order is created, the system stores the order number, selected item, amount due, payment method, payment status, creation and completion times, and refund or after-sales records. This information is used to verify transactions, deliver services, handle disputes, and meet necessary financial recordkeeping obligations.

Website analytics may include pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, interface language, page interaction events, and network identifiers processed as necessary. Analytics help verify that pages operate correctly, understand content usage, and investigate unusual access. They are not used to build a profile of the websites users visit internationally.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNFB follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain transmission content, queries, communication text, or browsing history that could be used to reconstruct specific network activity. When network traffic passes through international routes, this service does not inspect or create long-term profiles of individual browsing content for analytical purposes.

To keep routes operating, identify faults, and prevent service abuse, the system may temporarily process necessary technical status during a connection, such as authentication results, route scheduling status, error types, and traffic usage. Identifiable connection logs are not retained long term; temporary diagnostic data is deleted or de-identified after a session ends or troubleshooting is complete. Traffic usage in an account is used only to calculate plan allowances and deliver the service, and is not linked to specific websites visited.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, interface language, necessary security status, and preferences selected by the user. This data maintains login status, reduces repeated setup, and keeps page functions consistent. It is not used to read other files on the device.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and interface preferences may be lost, requiring users to log in again or select the relevant settings again. Disabling necessary storage may also prevent authentication, order viewing, or subscription management in the user panel from working properly.

Orders and Third-Party Payments

VPNFB supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment processing is handled by the relevant third-party payment services, which may collect information necessary to complete a transaction under their own rules. VPNFB does not directly control the independent data practices of third parties. Users should read the terms and privacy notices provided on the relevant payment page before paying.

To confirm transaction results, VPNFB receives and stores necessary order receipts, such as the order number, amount, payment method, and transaction status. Payment information is used only to confirm payment, deliver subscriptions, process refunds, and reconcile orders. It is not used for marketing profiles unrelated to service delivery.

Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order and payment receipts are stored for transaction processing, after-sales support, disputes, and necessary recordkeeping. Analytics are preferably kept in aggregated or de-identified form. Once data has fulfilled its purpose, it is deleted, anonymized, or restricted from further use, except where records must be retained by law.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through a ticket. To prevent someone else from acting on a user’s behalf, account verification may be required before a request is processed. Deleting some data may affect the ability to reconcile historical orders, restore subscriptions, or handle disputes.

This policy may be updated when service processes, technical measures, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted. Changes that materially affect data processing may also be announced through the user panel. Users can review the latest version before continuing to use the services.
